ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kaye-Ann Brown-Barrett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer's needs.
  • Property and Casualty License
Compensation: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
